How we research, evaluate and rank products — and what we do not do.

Our evaluation criteria

We evaluate products across consistent dimensions. Depending on the category, these include:

• Absorbency: capacity, speed and overnight performance
• Comfort: softness, fit, materials against skin
• Leak protection: containment, leg cuffs, barriers
• Materials: composition, additives, certifications
• Price and value: cost per unit and typical pricing
• Availability: where the product is sold and how easily

What we base our evaluations on

• Public product information and official brand documentation
• User feedback and community-reported experiences
• Reputable third-party sources and medical organizations where relevant

What we do not do

• We do not claim to have lab-tested products unless we explicitly say we have.
• We do not accept payment for rankings or recommendations.
• We do not rank products we have not researched according to the criteria above.

We use terms like "our top pick" and "best for most families" to reflect our evaluation, not absolute claims about any product.
